Community Support Services
We offer a community support services to individuals who want to access the community and engage in different activities.
We offer a personalised service, where we build the support around you, based on your individual requirements, goals, and interests, and make a support plan.
What we do:
- Can assist you with personal care.
- Cooking
- Teaching basic life skills ie. Cooking, boarding a bus, shopping, budgeting, healthy eating, cleaning.
- Appointments, College, and Leisure activities
- Activities can be in your community or beyond any day of the week.
- Go on holidays with you.
Transportation:
- Our Staff can use their own transport with business insurance
- Public Transport – Service users can use their own transport
- Service Users can put staff on their insurance so that anyone can drive the car or their PA
Transport Cost
The client will be responsible for paying the travel cost and if the PA has their own car will be there will be a charge paid per mile and responsible for the bus ticket if PA has none. However, if they already use the bus, they may just use their tickets.
To some Service users whose activity is to go eating the service user will pay for the PA a reasonable amount if they want to eat with them.
