By providing personal and functional person-centered care we seek to empower people to take charge of their own health rather than being just passive recipients of services.
The service user bands that we focus on and registered with the CQC are 16-65 year old, 65 years+, Physical disabilities, Dementia, Mental Health, Sensory Impairment, learning disabilities and Autism service users and those needing Supported living.
Personal Care
We help you with Washing, Oral Hygiene, Toileting, Bathing, Shaving, Dressing and Getting ready for bed.
A carer moves into the home of the elderly person being cared for to provide care and help with numerous everyday needs
Supported Living
Our supported living services help adults with a range of needs to live safely and independently in their local communities.
Community Support
We offer a community support services to individuals who want to access the community and engage in different activities.
Meal Preparation and feeding needs
We help you or your loved one to prepare and eat (if required) meals that they not only enjoy, but that also help them to remain healthy.
Supported Companionship
Through the companionship services, we aim to prevent the overwhelming effects of loneliness.
Medication administration
Whiteshed Healthcare is here to take the stress out of medication management and organising prescriptions.
Helping keep Appointments
Adults may have difficulty remembering appointments and getting to them. We are there to accompany and help with more.
Laundry
Our flexible laundry service has two offerings, laundry at home or collection service available weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Shopping
We support older people to be in control of what food they purchase with our grocery delivery and escorted shopping services.
Light Housework
It does not matter if you or your loved ones need just a little extra helping hand, or if more extensive help around the house is needed.
